Although I have never flown US TATL, I have flown quite a bit of US domestically in the past 24 months and I have been quite impressed. All the flights I have been on have been on time, planes have been impeccably clean and the interiors obviously well maintained, and the people I have run into all professional and helpful.
All of the hard work is paying off.
