Despite earning 3300 status miles (2 weeks ago) my other half still hasn't been upgraded from Blue to Blue Plus online or received the card!
Whilst this isn't that important, on the BHD-LHR route it ensures that you get something to eat and drink.
I have tried emailing the Helpdesk email address and a number of pointless calls to the call centre in India.
My God they are awful. 6 calls later my opinion remains unchanged.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to speed up the process? Is this normal BMI 'customer' service?
