We've been met several times at LAX by Premium Services after arriving on international flights and having long layovers.
I was moderately surprised when I arrived from NRT at LAX and there was a premium services agent (which turned out to be at the FL later) handing EXP (and presumably F passengers) the FL cards for the AC/FL at LAX to skip the line at the registration desk at the AC. Good thing too, the line actually went out the door that day.
