We actually have 6 -900s with a mid cabin lav and 6 without. -900s that have the mid cabin lav have a "1" or "2" after the first "3" in the aircraft number, as in 312, 315, 323...the ones without the mid cabin lavs have a "0" as their middle number, as in 301, 302, etc.
