seat 9A is quiet and comfortable. The proximity to the galley isn't really a problem. The only downsize, as mentioned above, is the lack of your own window. It's easy though to look out the window of 8A, but you kind of have to look over the privacy barrier. All in all, I think it offers the most privacy.
