No guarantee at all.

The credit card fee is per ticket, not per booking, so remember to add those extra €€ to the total cost.

Have you considered flying to LHR with BA then to DUB with EI? If you have to pay to check in and/or to check bags you may be better off using a proper airline rather than Mr O'Leary's little moneyspinner.
