We're flying DL #803 ATL - HNL in coach, which is a 9 hour flight. They list 'lunch' as the in flight service meal for coach on this flight. I've viewed the EATS menu, but I'm confused if we will have to purchase the food or not? The in flight service menu also list 'movie' for entertainment, do we have to purchase this or not? We haven't flown to HNL since 2005 and both food/movie were included back then, but I know a lot has changed since.
