I'm getting really tired of this
1) When I click on "View All Activity" in the "My Account" page, it brings me to a sign-in page which continually loops - I have my onepass number in there, I enter my PIN, and it brings me back to that same page, twice too quickly for it to have actually processed anything, and the third time after a small wait in which it decided that it should send me back again.
Why the title here? Because I reported this same bug about a month ago, and it is now back. ...? This is a really obvious and annoying bug.
2) I want to check my account activity because there was an error in the crediting of my elite qualification miles, specifically it did not give me 150% for my B fare. I'll call today but am not optimistic given that it took my final ticket changes almost a month to clear ticketing, only finally coming in two days before my flight with no fare class indicated - it's obvious the back office malfunctioned on my ticket and in my experience the phone agents are loathe to acknowledge that the IT is anything but infallible. Grrrrrrrr. This is so annoying!
