I ended up going to Dema during my long layover and it was excellent. Food was good, and it was a very quiet, peaceful refuge from the chaos of the terminal.

Also the Westin has free wi-fi and a fairly nice sitting area off the lobby with a view of the tarmac. Restrooms were nice as well. Could be a good option if the World Club / Sky club is too full. The dedicated security line isnt much of a hassle, compared to the usual TSA zoo.
