The tragic events over the Atlantic this week have made me realise I'm not the best at sharing my flight details with Mrs Zigzag or my colleagues. Company policy is that I should book through their prefered agent (American Express) but as they are utterly useless I make all my own booking online (also means I can MFU).

However by doing so I lose the visibility that Amex would have of my whereabouts should an emergency situation occur. I think it would be great to add an emergency contact details page to your BAEC profile so the right people can be contacted if necessary (including "Please collect Zigzag from the airport, he's had too much Bolly to fly !). Currently it only allows your own details.
