When asking BA what their policy is on no-shows, i was told that the rest of my itinerary would automatically be cancelled (and I would not be able to fly the rest of my reouting).

Is that really the case? Or is it up to the individual BA staff at check in? I have a non-changeable/refundable business class ticket.

Anyone who can shed some light on this? Apologies if this has already been raised in this forum. I did a search, but wasn't able to find anything.

Your ticket, for that matter all tickets, are governed by the conditions of carriage. You cannot opt to miss out one sector and use the rest of the sectors, as far as I know, though I am not a 100% sure. You have to follow the same route as in your itinerary: that is the condition of the sale of the ticket to you. what the BA rep told you is pretty much what it is.
