just be aware that the FCO train shuts down around 2300-- meaning you're looking at paying for a cab back if you stay out reasonably late.
will have to say they've DRAMATICALLY cleaned-up the Termini area from when i was first there in '95. biggest inconvenience was that you can't use the lockers post 9-11, and have to wait in line to have your bags inspected and hand-checked.
