As perseus11 has written, the odds are likely good that seats will be available, although anything is possible and they could sell out (unlikely).

Personally, unless you fly in business all the time and/or have a significant need for it, I would happily save the $2,000 and either spend it during the honeymoon trip or save it and use it for something once you return home. It wouldn't hurt to tell the agents that you're on your honeymoon. Frankly, were it me and you were departing PHL, I think I'd try my luck in the Envoy lounge over anywhere else (assuming I could gain access), but it wouldn't hurt to sneak in a mention if the opportunity presents itself. Worst thing that could happen is they ignore you and/or the occasion.

That said, I try never to fly in the back of the bus anymore on the longer flights and might consider the upgrade for $500, especially on the outbound where I want to arrive refreshed and relaxed...
