FWIW, this property brought in a new manager several months ago (unless I'm mistaken, from a Starwood property owned by the same company). Not sure about your problems while staying there, but I would definitely go back.

Somehow, I can't find any thread referring to a bad experience at this property (did a search on "Gaithersburg" in Hilton forum). Could you provide a link?
