I should also mention that, in my limited experience, they were pleasant to deal with. I had some concern about a dent in our car that I thought had happened in a parking lot at our hotel; the guy looked over the paperwork and said no problem, pointed out where it was mentioned when I rented the car. ^ It's little things like that which, to me, become more important than saving a few dollars here & there.
