Re. the Hilton properties outside the U.S., I sometimes have a difficult time coming down hard on properties that know nothing about the benefit.

All the properties I went to in Mexico do not offer this free breakfast. Juarez comes to mind. For me to barge in there asking for my free breakfast just reeks of the gringo acting as if he were entitled to free stuff. I know that's the way they'd take it. I just feel weird about it.

I agree that all properties should be reminded that it IS a benefit and that we should not have to ask for it.
