First, I have nothing but great things to say about Adam, but he appears powerless to control his own properties. There is no reason that a Gold or a Diamond should have to argue with anyone at ANY hotel over breakfast or any other amenity which is clearly due us.

I think the only response is to speak with the wallet. Due to locations I have had to use Starwood recently (1 Sheraton, 1 outstanding Westin), and there is no QUESTION about getting what they promise. I got phone calls from the managers in each hotel asking if my room was satisfactory, and a welcome gift each stay.

Adam are you listening??????
