You get the Park Lane to fax them the rules, but then they tell you you weren't supposed to have it on an "award stay"....
The upshot is the manager called me in response to a complaint I filed with Hilton CS about a number of issues at this hotel and told me that Hilton UK said breakfast is not a benefit, etc. and she had verified this with the service center in the UK
I asked asked her to check with Adam - since this is not what I was told (and I checked with Hilton again who said of course I was right...)
The real problem seem to be that there is NO sanction to the hotel if they do not provide a contracted service so why should they? If Hilton really cared they could solve this problem easily enough as has been suggested in another thread.
