I did SFO-MUC-FLR last year. The plane was Air Dolomiti from MUC-FLR, a LH subsidiary. The plane was a prop with 3x3 seating. FLR is a tiny airport, so I don't think you will have much in the way of options for a big jet. It did have a business class section (i.e. the glorified "leave the middle seat empty and put in a tray").
