Perhaps the time has come for someone with the time and energy to sue Hilton in Court. If a free breakfast is not forthcoming (as per the clearly stated benefits) then a breakfast would be paid for and then challenged at check-out. If the charge was not removed the complainant could then file an action in the small claims court. It would be hard to see how it could fail. This would probably get attention at a senior level in Hilton. Any Lawyers (US or UK) out there have any thoughts on this?
