I believe that if you are not given the benefit (or Lounge access).. then you should be refunded the going rate ($9-10/day for missed breakfast). Put their money where thier "policy" is.

Or maybe One Night Free... Hey, why offer a policy if you are only going to piss off the people who stay there most???
