Yes, I definitely agree as we I have had the worst excuses at check in about breakfast at Hilton properties. I stayed last at Manchester Airport Hilton in England
I was appalled by the staff attitude arguing over how I was trying to get breakfast for free that I changed hotels and went to the Radisson SAS the next night. Saved 20 pounds and got a full breakfast buffet!

I have taken print outs from the website but this only gets breakfast about 20% of the time. I still have to ask and feel like I'm negotiating a used car.

BTW- Very satisifed with Doubletree as I have always gotten my breakfast coupons.
