Dinner

Starter:
Beef rillette and dark archipelago bread
Main Course:
Salmon grilled on open wood fire, Bearnaise sauce and stewed asparagus
Dessert:
Strawberry fool with whipped cream

FCO-HEL AY 782 J
Lunch

Starter:
Chicken salad
Main Course:
Spinach lasagne with goat's cheese
Dessert:
Pistachio cake

As always the menus ex-HEL tend to be much better...
