I booked a ticket for Plus1 and it said it couldn't log him (was logging in as him) in, then showed me as logged in, then morphed into him. (I was not open in another window at this point). Booked his ticket after many errors and all CC info being gone (in addition to all of his personal info being gone i.e. name, phone #, CO FF# etc). Called Co.com to finish res after many errors and voila, it booked - 2 confirmation #s. Seat assignments gone as well. I have 10 additional tickets to book but there is no way I'm doing it until co.com is fixed. My patience level just isn't that good.
