I'm strill trying to resolve this matter. Right after a week of my call I found the "50%" of miles added to my account. But they forget to add them as "status miles" and just did it as "award miles". And of course they forget to add the 50% Elite bonus on these corrected miles. So called again...another 15' on the phone..they finally agreed that my account was a chaos (there were some flights added and erased) miles were incorrect and will correct it in a couple of days...after 4 days the account still unchanged but I'll wait a little more before calling again.
On the other way, had to sent two boarding passes of the incoming flights to the USA because was not even added to my account. So 50% of the flights non-existent and the other 50% wrong.
