When using an award certificate (e.g. ALON), does the name on the certificate need to match the name on the reservation? I am going to Hawaii this summer with my family and have reservations for 2 rooms. Both reservations are in my name, but we are going to be using points from my Mom's account for one of these rooms (we are both gold). Should I change the reservation name on one of the rooms?
