Hi folks,

My TA booked me into the "Lady's First Design Hotel" in Zürich (I am a man).

Another colleague said that this was once a hotel reserved for women only but has since changed its philosophy and has started allowing men to stay there, presumably due to economic pressure.

I have noticed that the hotel in the booking is called "Design Hotel L First", so the emphasis has been taken off of the "Lady" part of the name, obviously.

Does anyone know anything about this hotel? I have found their website and it still indicates that it is for women only:

"In 1994 eight women from different professions decided to create a hotel exlusively for women, the first such project in Zurich."
