Don't really know about this part either but I will try. I never see BDL coming back from anyone. WN (or another LCC) is always a possibility on those Florida destinations. If the market recovers, I could see someone trying SEA, SFO again. UA already flies to DEN. I doubt we would see MCI again.
I notice, for now at least, DL hasn't pulled the plug on the other non-stops from IND...which means that they just didn't decide universally to pull the plug on the mini-hub. Which would lead one to think they actually looked at the profitability of each route and decided that some of them had to go.
