The system behind the old Routing Rules was, in fact (and unfortunately), decommissioned and 'mutated' into the Fare Rules Summary option, which remains at the Platinum level.
But those have no routing rules in them, so that isn't much help.
The new Routing Rules functionality is a result of many months of development efforts and does not share anything in common with the old function, other than the name.
OK, but now it also costs extra. I understand that there was much development effort required to find a data source and figure out a means to parse it and display it back, but it is pretty easy to argue that the folks who had paid for platinum actually LOST something and now that the same functionality is back it costs more.
As mentioned above, nothing was [intentionally] taken away.
Not at this moment in time. But routing rules were taken away before with no commensurate drop in price. And now that they are coming back they cost extra. I know it isn't your fault that the original data source disappeared, but to claim that we have to now pay extra to get something that used to be included at a price point but that nothing was taken away seems somewhat disingenuous to me.
