A couple of longtime National employees who used to post regularly have not posted in this forum in quite some time and (one in about a year and the other used to post regularly up to about 4 weeks ago) I have a feeling they have moved on in their careers inside or outside of National. (They dont answer PM's either)

Thus what would be useful would be to see if anyone knows of any other National employees who do monitor the forum who we can forward questions to? These folks could be added to the FAQ.

These are for questions etc that can't be handled at the customer service number (and it is very difficult to get replies to emails from Vanguard recently with all of their layoffs of customer service staff)
