With all due respect but what is the point of lumping your premium customers (Gold) together with the occasional full fare Y-class and C passengers? Surely if there is one trend in FF programmes is that you offer BETTER services to your best customers. So my regular DUB-LHR runs will continue to be plagued by plastic croissants and plastic cheese, not to forget plastic cutlery? And what about the bar? Will you have to swipe your Gold card to get a drink?
