Well, not most of them, anyway. For the dates (and rates) I have been watching over the past few days, the Tokyo Bay IC and the Strings are offering rooms at truly half off their Best Flexible Rates. The Yokohama IC is also offering half off, but is not extending the offer to their standard (least expensive) rooms. The ANA Tokyo is offering "half off" on boosted (presumably for this promo) Best Flex prices.
