The HON was welcomed aboard and greeted personally just after boarding and was immediatly asked if he needed anything special etc. Me, the lowly SEN, got more or less the same treatment as him, but the "SEN benefits on the plane" only started after drink service when the purser came by to introduce herself. Before that, the crew did not make a difference between me and a normal pax while the HON got the full "pampering" as soon as he moved a foot on the plane.
I was just in F (instrument-upgraded) with a HON (op-upped from C) just about 1.5 weeks ago.
Me, a SEN (or possibly *G), was asked (from the HON side) for my selection for food/wine, across the HON, amazingly!
I was shocked, but not surprised, given the past postings on our forum here...
