I enrolled in August, and even though I couldn't stay 4 times within the 90 day period, I got the bonus points for 2 stays.
Well, if you're current status is gold and you weren't a Gold VIP member before enrolling in the challenge, then it's obvious that you enrolled in the promotion. Based on this you can definately have them credit the bonus points you earned. If they're still unhelpful, try to email Adam.
