I signed up for this promotion and never got the bonus points. I thought I was having problems because my stays were not posting. After numerous e-mails and calls and faxes, the finally posted 5 of the stays. Still no bonus. Called today and was told that I had not signed up. I told them date I signed up and name of agent. Was put on hold and then told the bonus ended in May of 2001. Asked to speak to Supervisor and was offered 3000 points. My response? NO WAY. The only reason I stayed at Hilton Honors property which was farther away from my location than say Radisson or Starwood was for this challenge and I refuse to settle for 3000 lousy points instead of the 50000. Since I signed up after May 2001, I would really like something in writing that shows this promotion was still running when I signed up. I had all my stays complete by the 90 days. Can anyone help?
