I actually thought there was something according to which if a person (man or woman, adult or child) drinks the breast milk of a woman, that person becomes a child of that woman. I think same applies to Islam. I may be wrong, maybe it's just some traditional belief in some countries.

Wow, my brain didn't even go there. I just assumed if any liquid tasting were going on, it would logically be the mom tasting her own (yuk anyway). No way can I imagine the dad having to do so. If travelling alone with the kid?

I think you're correct but I'm not as good with googling and am not sure who I can ask (am not comfortable enough with the rabbi nor some of religious friends).

Did the rules change on that one recently or were the TSA agents at EWR just overstepping. The occurrence I am talking about was last November.

No way should EWR have been making parents test this stuff last November! That rule was put in place pretty quickly after the whole liquid scare.
