My other half (also BD*G) was flying to MAN this morning and checked in at the premium check-in area. The agent there said to go to the new international lounge and "check it out". When he did so, the lounge agent refused him. When he said he'd been invited to "check it out", the customer service manager in the lounge (name withheld) stepped in and said it would be fine. According to my better half, it's a lovely lounge, much akin to those of NZ and their Kia Ora lounges.

He thanked the customer service manager and said that the policy needs to be a little clearer. He said "he'd drop Nigel a quick message"....

On another note, he was assigned 1D but the boarding pass printed 23E. He sat in 1D. Nobody said anything.
