It's about value. I pay for my own tickets. I wanted to book a flight to Cairns. Y was full, so I was prepared to pay the $29,000 HKD for J class. Then I thought about it. It would probably be a regional configuration. That and a pretty hefty price tag, was it really worth it?
lets face it, at those prices service has to come into it. Otherwise how can CX stay in business?
