I heard on a UA flight last weekend that is was "security policy" that pax could only wait for the lavs in the aisle and not in the galleys.

Sounded more like the FAs just didn't want to be bugged when they were reading their magazines than security policy.

Only heard that on that flight, so I'm willing to bet it was a made up policy for that flight.
