I recall the thread a while back regarding the BOB fiasco at US Airways, and the amount of shrinkage LSG (or was it Gate Gourmet?) had to write off due to dishonest employees at US. Looks like UA has much tighter control on its BOB product, and employees (rightly so) are being held accountable.
