Hi coldfoot and welcome to the oneworld side of things. There is actually quite a cool tool which helps you to determine who flies where within oneworld. Have a look at this map:

As you can see, JAL services GUM from two Japanese ports with 2 flights daily from NRT. One on a 744. So getting to Guam is pretty straight forward this way using your AA Miles.
