Most problems I see are with non-TSA line dragons. My advice is to keep empties out of sight in bags with the lid off, away from clothing if possible as I've been told that it's harder to tell if a bottle is empty when next to clothing on the X-Ray....I've done this 2x a week for over 2 years with virtually no second looks.
