Agreed, that was my first comment about to her about N. She said they would vacate D and much (but not all) of C. Don't see how thyer would manage that and maintain the current schedule, which has already been reduced from last summer. I miss those hourly LAX-SEA fights!
Honestly, a Boardroom supervisor knows as much as the rest of us. Lower level management isn't privy to anything the rest of us aren't for the most part. I seriously doubt if Horizon/Alaska will leave any of C at all. I've heard that they are leaving a majority of D but not all (which is fine by me, if I never have to see that magician painting again I'll be happy). My impression is that Alaska wants to grow in Seattle to be the dominant airline there - you can't do that with fewer gates then we have currently.
