How does the M-I-L not speaking English impact upon the OP arriving too early? The worst that can happen is that they will be standing around twiddling their thunbs for a while longer than they need to.

I agree, the OP's original question is somewhat ridiculous, as if ANY airline can turn around a 777 INT arrival into a 777 INT departure in 15 minutes. Common sense says that is ain't going to happen.
