What would you do and why?

If you're there for the CX F experience, go with 827. It's due to the cabin crew to pax ratio on a 77A vs 747. For 827, the ratio is (2:6)1:3 whereas for 881, it's 2:9 i believe? also, 827 generally has lighter loads in premium cabins.
