Overall it cost us fifteen minutes and a bit of a scare. Luckily Enterprise was very apologetic and waived my extra hour of rental. Still, it was my first time in 23 years of riding courtesy vehicles with an accident, how often has this happened to any one else?
You should have got your rental free at least. You could easily sue.
