That's the problem with CX in my opinion. Give in once to someone else and then it may become a habit especially from other OW elite members who take CX for granted...

As QRC3288 said in his post above , that he gets to witness arguments between certain OW elite members and CX staff that it is so disheartening. Could it be that it's ok to argue with someone who's asian and that they think that they're better?

Can you imagine doing this over at AA in the US?

AA will probably say : You either comply or you don't fly !
