but it's unfortunately true. and the customer will decide. but this is not only an AF problem.
let's calculate the rent for allocated space vs some lost passengers ... right now I fear that it's calculated ... cost effectiveness... but I totally agree that many AF staff in CDG have serious attitude problems especially when someone talks to them in a language other than french. I fear that some hide their really bad language skills behind their attitude. don't talk to me and you'll not realize that unfortunately I cannot understand you. I think there are several approaches for the usual CDG problems.

and I know (from reliable source ) that AF is not happy with many ADP decisions.
