I have done many searches for the airport and to see what the lounge is called, where it is, in fact anything but to no avail. The airport website is very poor, especially for a major hub.
Once you are through security, take the elevator on your right hand side, up one floor. You'll see the SA lounge, it is actually quite nice with showers (although last time I was there 'the towels had not arrived') and a good view. Food and drink (especially food) are mediocre.
I guess you are sure you are on a domestic flight? SQ 478 continues to CPT three times a week (Mon, Wed and Fri, I think).
