SAS FAQ: Award Redemption Tables?

As you requested on the FAQ sticky, I am creating a new thread for the question below:
I was wondering if you could put some information in the FAQ regarding award redemption requirements, as I would currently like to know what a AAL-LON r/t would cost in biz, and whether a one-way can be done using SK miles.
I have barely enough EB points to do a Y r/t (after SK has conveniently deleted our points over the years + after my converting same into those old "upgrade certificates" that were never honored at the gate!)
Also, maybe we can also put in the requirements for children's awards as well, for future FT'ers.
Has SK started putting in a YQ, or is it still "free"? This might also be an interesting data point for the sticky, even if it is common knowledge for frequent SK flyers!
